logging problems

When I try to log in to Truppen Tool, it won´t go anywhere. I did register myself there yesterday but haven´t receive any confirmation from admin and of course can´t register again ´cos it says the nick already found in database. So what to do? Thanks =)

probably you have insert a wrong email.
Can you please provide me the truppentools url and your username i'll make a check.

Sorry for taking so long... lost my hope already but my guild is now forcing us to use this so no option to avoid this anymore xD I tried to get a new pw to my email but still no email recieved... and I think it if it would be a wrong email. it would show an error or something? Well, hope to get this right soon =) And thank you for trying to resolve this!
